The Webster County Sheriff's Department is now accepting applications for the position of a full-time civil service deputy. You may stop in the the Sheriff's Office to pick up an application or you may download one from the link below. Please note: Minimum requirements for the position: Applicant must be between the ages of 18-45, have a valid drivers license, and successful completion of physical agility test, written test, psychological exam, polygraph exam, medical exam and background check. Applicant will be given a civil service exam and any candiate who is employed for this position will need to complete the West Virginia State Police Basic academy.
